Perfect Score (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Perfect Score Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
This Platform operates skill-based prize competitions and does NOT provide gambling services, lotteries, or games of chance.
All competitions require participants to exercise skill, knowledge, and judgment. Outcomes are determined by participant performance, not by random chance or luck.
To participate in competitions on this Platform, you must:
We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of prizes.
All competitions on this Platform are skill-based and require participants to:
Winners are determined solely by the accuracy of their predictions and their performance relative to other participants, based on a transparent scoring system published before entry.
Participants may enter competitions available on The Perfect Score website by following the instructions displayed on the relevant competition page.
Competition entries must be submitted before the stated competition closing date and time.
Once an entry has been successfully submitted, it cannot be amended, cancelled or transferred unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, participants may enter competitions by purchasing entries directly through the website using accepted payment methods.
A free postal entry route is available for all competitions offered on The Perfect Score where a free entry route is published on the relevant competition page, including Instant Win competitions and score prediction competitions. Free postal entrants receive the same entry treatment and the same chance of winning as participants who enter online, subject to the rules below and in section 6.
You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions. This includes Instant Win competitions and all other competitions where a free postal entry route is offered. Valid free postal entries are entered into the live/auto draw (as applicable) described in our terms & conditions (section 6).

3rd Floor, Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street
Bristol, BS1 1TG

Your entry is subject to our full terms & conditions.
Winners are determined in accordance with the published rules for each competition type. Prizes are not chosen manually by staff preference after a competition closes. Where these terms or the competition rules refer to a live/auto draw (as applicable), that procedure applies equally to paid online entrants and valid free postal entrants (see section 5).
live/auto draw (all competitions)
A draw is used wherever the applicable competition rules require chance to decide an outcome, including:
The draws are completely random and conducted using a fair, auditable process until a winner is determined. The same random-draw principles apply whether you enter online or by free postal entry.
Instant Win Competitions
Instant Win competitions operate using a predetermined prize allocation system. Winning outcomes are allocated to specific entry numbers prior to competition launch. Free postal entry is available for Instant Win competitions on the same basis as online entry (section 5).
When a participant receives an entry number linked to a winning allocation—whether by online purchase or after a valid free postal entry has been processed — the result is revealed through the on-site reveal experience (or equivalent flow). Instant Win prizes are not manually picked after closure.
All entrants, including free postal entrants, have the same chance of receiving an entry number with a winning allocation, subject to the total number of entries and the pre-published prize allocation.
Score Prediction Competitions
Score prediction competitions are determined according to the competition rules published on the relevant competition page.
Winners will normally be determined by:
Tie-breaker procedure
Where multiple participants achieve identical qualifying results in a score prediction or other skill-based competition, the published tie-breaker mechanism will apply first (typically the tie-breaker question shown during entry). If participants remain tied after those steps, The Perfect Score may apply additional tie-break procedures or conduct a random draw to determine the final winner. The full tie-breaker procedure for the World Cup Predictions competition is set out in section 8 of the special terms tab on this page, and the same principles apply to other score prediction competitions unless the relevant competition page states otherwise.
Winner Confirmation
Winner verification will normally be completed within 48 hours of competition closure or result confirmation.
Winner Notification
Winners will normally be contacted via:
Public Announcement
The Perfect Score may announce winners on the website or social media channels, subject to legal obligations and winner consent where required.
Claim Period
Winners must claim prizes within 14 days of notification unless otherwise stated.
Failure to respond within the claim period may result in prize forfeiture or selection of an alternative winner where appropriate.
Entry fees are charged for participation in instant winc ompetitions only, score predictions entires are free to enter. These fees:
All fees are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Prizes available within competitions, will be described on the relevant competition pages as accurately as reasonably possible.
Prizes may include:
Physical prizes offered in a competition are procured or otherwise secured by The Perfect Score before that competition is marketed or made available for entry, so that advertised physical prizes are in place (or firmly committed under supplier arrangements) ahead of participants entering.
Cash prizes, site credit and other non-physical rewards are funded or allocated in accordance with the published competition rules. All prizes remain subject to availability only in the limited sense set out in the next paragraph.
If, despite reasonable planning, a physical prize (or any other advertised prize) cannot be supplied because of circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example manufacturer discontinuation, serious supply-chain disruption, regulatory restriction or force majeure), The Perfect Score may substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. We will notify the affected winner as soon as reasonably practicable and explain the substitution.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Delivery arrangements, collection requirements or payment methods will be detailed where applicable.
The Perfect Score accepts no responsibility for manufacturer warranties, third party fulfilment delays or postal disruption affecting prize delivery.
Only the verified winning participant may claim a prize.
The Perfect Score may require identity verification, proof of age, proof of address or payment verification prior to releasing prizes.
For Instant Win competitions, winning entries are allocated at purchase. Participants reveal results through the on-site game experience (or equivalent reveal flow) linked to their order. Monetary Instant Win prizes are not forfeited solely because a participant does not return to play immediately; see section 10 for when wallet credits are applied.
Cash and site-credit prizes will normally be paid to the registered account holder's wallet or, where applicable, a nominated verified payment destination.
Physical prizes must be delivered to the verified winner only.
Prizes cannot be transferred, reassigned or claimed by third parties unless required by law.
Winners must comply with reasonable verification procedures before payment or delivery.
Failure to complete verification may result in prize withholding, cancellation or forfeiture.
Monetary prizes won through Instant Win competitions (cash or site credit) are credited to the winner's wallet after the winning entry has been revealed. Where every Instant Win entry on the same order has been revealed, wallet credit is normally applied straight away. Where some entries remain unrevealed, any revealed winners are credited in periodic processing, and any remaining unrevealed winning entries are automatically revealed and credited within 24 hours of the order being placed (or such other period as we publish on the site or in account communications).
We may send email or SMS notification when prizes are credited, including where results were revealed automatically after the period above. Participants can review credited balances and order history by signing in to their account.
Cash prizes won through score prediction competitions, jackpot competitions or other manually verified competitions will be credited to the winner's cash wallet within 24 hours of winner verification.
Once credited, funds will be available for withdrawal through the participant's account dashboard.
Prior to processing a withdrawal, The Perfect Score may require age verification, identity verification and any other reasonable security checks.
Following successful completion of all required verification checks, withdrawal requests will normally be processed within 5 working days to the participant's nominated bank account or approved payment method.
The Perfect Score accepts no responsibility for delays caused by banking institutions, payment providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Perfect Score may provide users with an online wallet for managing balances, credits and withdrawals.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is £5.00.
Withdrawal requests below this threshold cannot be processed.
