Premium is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment card the displayed amount at the billing frequency you select (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
New subscribers may receive a free trial period (currently 7 days). Starting a trial uses a £0 card/account verification to store your payment method for future charges — this is not a sale. During the trial you will not be charged the subscription fee. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the subscription price on the first billing date after the trial. We will send reminder emails before the first paid charge.
Charges appear on your card statement under the merchant name Perfect Score (or the descriptor shown at checkout).
You may cancel at any time from Account → Subscriptions. When you cancel (including during a free trial), you keep Premium access until the end of your current trial or billing period, and no further recurring charges are taken after that date — including the first charge after a cancelled trial. Cancellation confirmation is sent by email.
We may change subscription prices or billing frequency. Material increases will be notified in advance by email. Where required, you must accept the change before it takes effect; otherwise your subscription will cancel at the end of your current period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Partial periods are not refunded when you cancel mid-cycle unless we are obliged to provide a refund.
