This Platform operates skill-based prize competitions and does NOT provide gambling services, lotteries, or games of chance.
All competitions require participants to exercise skill, knowledge, and judgment. Outcomes are determined by participant performance, not by random chance or luck.
2. Eligibility
To participate in competitions on this Platform, you must:
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Score A Million Limited or its affiliates
We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of prizes.
3. Nature of Competitions (Skill-Based Only)
All competitions on this Platform are skill-based and require participants to:
- Apply knowledge of football, team performance, and player statistics
- Exercise judgment in predicting match outcomes and scores
- Demonstrate skill in analyzing fixtures and making informed predictions
Outcomes are NOT determined by:
- Random draws, lotteries, or raffles
- Chance, luck, or random number generation
- Any element beyond the control and skill of participants
Winners are determined solely by the accuracy of their predictions and their performance relative to other participants, based on a transparent scoring system published before entry.
4. How to Enter
To enter a competition:
- Create an account and verify your email address
- Review the competition rules, scoring system, and prize structure before submitting any entry
- Submit your predictions before the published deadline
- Pay the applicable entry fee (if required)
Entry Requirements:
- All predictions must be submitted before the competition deadline (typically before the first match kicks off)
- Late entries will not be accepted
- Entries cannot be edited after the deadline has passed
- Multiple entries may be restricted per user, per competition
5. Entry Fees
Entry fees are charged for participation in skill-based competitions only. These fees:
- Are clearly disclosed before you submit your entry
- Are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted, except in cases of technical failure or breach of these Terms by us
- Do NOT guarantee winning or any specific outcome
- Contribute to the prize pool and operational costs of the Platform
All fees are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Prizes
Prizes are awarded based on skill and performance as measured by our published scoring system.
Prize Distribution:
- Prize structures are published before the competition entry deadline
- Cash prizes are credited to your Platform wallet
- Identity verification (including proof of age and address) may be required before prizes are released
- Prizes may be withheld if we suspect fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms
Unclaimed Prizes: Prizes not claimed within 90 days of being awarded may be forfeited.
7. Wallet & Withdrawals
Your Platform wallet is used for:
- Paying entry fees for competitions
- Receiving prize winnings
Withdrawal Requirements:
- Minimum withdrawal amount may apply
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal
- Withdrawals are processed within 5-7 business days
- We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected
- Transaction fees may apply (disclosed before withdrawal)
8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all prizes:
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit entries
- Collusion with other users to manipulate results
- Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities
- Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits
- Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your account
- Providing false or misleading information
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct
We employ automated and manual monitoring to detect violations. Suspected violations will be investigated, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts pending investigation.
9. Scoring & Results
All competitions use a transparent, skill-based scoring system that is published before the entry deadline.
Official Results:
- We use official data feeds from reputable third-party providers
- In the event of a data feed error, we reserve the right to manually verify results
- Our decision on scoring and results is final
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of competition completion
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform
- We are not responsible for third-party data feed errors or delays
- We are not liable for technical outages, downtime, or service interruptions
- We are not responsible for losses arising from your participation in competitions
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of entry fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure:
- Any remaining wallet balance will be returned to you (subject to identity verification)
- Outstanding entries will remain valid until competition completion
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraud, collusion, or dishonest conduct
- You fail to provide required identity verification
- Your account remains inactive for 12+ months
13. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this Platform are owned by Score A Million Limited or our licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:
- The “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised
- Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notice
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
